On Tuesdays, Dr. Sumner sees only emergency patients or patients who cannot come in Wednesday through Saturday. We are pleased to offer the following services: comprehensive eye examinations, eyecare for the entire family, specialty contact lens care, including the Wave Contact Lens System, medical management of eye disease and dry eye, an extensive optical boutique, and laser vision care and consultation. Our specialty is Dry Eye Care, since we live in the "Dry Eye Hot Spot" of the nation. Many people just accept the symptoms of dry eye or ocular surface disease, incorrectly assuming it is due solely to the dry climate in Colorado. We welcome all ages to our friendly private eyecare practice from the very young to the very mature!! Dr. Sumner, Optometrist, has been an eye doctor for over thirty years, and has been located in Cherry Creek and Denver for the last twelve years.
Our goal is to serve all our patients in a professional and caring manner, whether you are here for an eye examination, contact lenses, the latest in fashion eyewear, medical treatment for eye injuries or disease, or consultation for LASIK and other eye surgeries. We are proud to offer state-of-the-art instrumentation and technologies in our office procedures.
SUMNER VISION. formerly the "Eyecare Center at Cherry Creek North", recently moved its offices to a much larger facility at 3400 E. Bayaud Avenue, conveniently located one block east of the Cherry Creek Mall, adjacent to the Gates Tennis Center, and two blocks south of First Avenue.
Free private parking is located on the west side of the building, marked either "Visitor Parking" or "Dr. Sumner". We have recently added on-line appointment scheduling and ordering of contact lenses to better serve our patients' busy lifestyles!
